Finding Your Way to Your Next Chapter

You've spent years being the good daughter, the good wife, the good mother — the one everyone can count on. And you've probably done it well. This isn't about something being broken. It's about noticing that the life built for the first half of your years may not be the one you'd choose for the next thirty. You don't have to leave your family or your work behind. You get to stop disappearing inside them, and start deciding, on purpose, what comes next.

A little about who's guiding this

Darlene Hull, smiling outdoors in front of evergreen trees

Darlene has spent years helping women find their footing in exactly this season of life. Her approach is practical, not clinical — grounded in real credentials, but built for someone who just wants steadier ground to stand on.

How sessions work

There's no set program to move through. Sessions draw on somatic exercises, creative questioning, and imagination — the kind built to help you find your own way through, rather than hand you someone else's steps.

Somatic exercises

Working with what your body already knows, not just what your mind can talk through.

Creative questioning

Questions built to open things up, so the answer that shows up is actually yours.

Imagination

Sometimes the fastest way through is picturing it differently first.

A gifted, private conversation

One 50-minute session — no pressure, no sales pitch. Just space to ask your questions and work through how this applies to your actual life.

The asynchronous option

Not every question needs an hour on a calendar. For seven days, you send a voice note through Voxer whenever something comes up, and I respond within a day, Monday through Friday — up to two messages from you each day. $85, priced close to a single live session.
